About The Cotee River Vacation Rentals

The Cotee River Bungalows Vacation Rentals is located in New Port Richey, FL.  We offer 4  bungalows with full private bathrooms. The upper bungalows have kitchenettes. We are 1/2 mile down the river from Sim's Park and the downtown area. We are 1/2 mile up the river from several tiki bars, restaurants, and Sunset Landing Marina. Durney Key is about 3/4 mile downriver. All are accessible from the free use of kayaks. Golf cart and boat rentals available.
