About The Cotee River BnB Vacation Rentals

The Cotee River BnB Vacation Rentals is located in New Port Richey, FL.  We offer private bungalows with full bathrooms and kitchenettes. We are 1/2 mile down the river from Sim's Park and the downtown area. We are 1/2 mile up the river from several iki bars, restaurants and Sunset Landing Marina. Durney Key is about 3/4 mile downriver. All are accessible from the free use of kayaks or the paddleboat.
